Budget and Reporting Executive

We are looking for a Budget and Reporting Executive for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate annual budgeting process end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets

• Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, incorporating business dynamics and macroeconomic variables

• Deliver executive-level variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year) with actionable insights

• Prepare and consolidate high-level management reporting packages (P&L, KPIs, cash flow insights, cost structures) for senior leadership

• Oversee financial data integrity and contribute actively to monthly closing processes

• Develop advanced financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic investments and business decisions

• Strengthen reporting infrastructure and automation initiatives through advanced Excel and ERP optimization

• Drive continuous improvement within budgeting and reporting governance frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in budgeting and financial reporting

• Big Four audit background strongly preferred

• Advanced ERP knowledge

• Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling level)

• Excellent command of English

• Strategic thinking ability with strong analytical depth

• Ability to communicate financial insights to senior stakeholders
