Budget Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, or related functions is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, computer literate (MS Excel, PPY, Word, Etc.) , keen to details and can work under pressure.
• Can Work under pressure.
• Must be willing to report on site
• TOR and Diploma must be available

Brief Description of Duties:

• Prepares variance analysis.
• Prepares cost estimation of proposed academic programs and activities.
• Complies and analyzes data for budget and financial reports.
• Conduct studies and research on budgetary matters.
• Knows how to organized files.
• Answers phone calls, schedule meetings and supports visitors.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
