Budget Control Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Develop and implement financial control measures to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand differences between budgeted and actual performance.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to guide strategic planning.
• Evaluate and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Applied mathematics or related fields.
• Having 0-6 years of work experience.
• Having basic knowledge of finance is a plus.
• Having basic knowledge of Data analyst is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts).
• Good analytical, interpersonal, negotiation skill.
• Good command of English is a must (Having TOEIC score 500+ will be a plus).
