Budget, Performance & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company-wide budgeting and budget control process, including annual budget planning, budget utilization, and unbudgeted expenditure.
• Monitor and analyze monthly revenue and business performance across branches/business units, identifying key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Business Units to provide financial insights and recommendations that support performance improvement and better resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability, including recommendations on fixed-cost optimization during challenging economic conditions.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear key messages and management insights for senior management decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, performance analysis, and presentations highlighting key business drivers and areas requiring management attention.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and business information to support management decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong experience in Budgeting, FP&A, Business Performance, Management Reporting, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial results with business operations.
• Able to challenge assumptions and provide practical recommendations to Business Units.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex information into clear management-level messages.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools would be an advantage.
