Budgeting Officer

About the role

Prepare the group's expense and investment budgets, including coordinating, advising, and supporting all relevant departments in budget preparation, and assisting in controlling budgets to stay within the planned schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of approval documents for increases/debits
• Contact, coordinate, and resolve issues related to budget operations and ensure compliance with company regulations
• Verify the accuracy of GL data and documents in the SAP system and approve purchase requisitions (PRs)
• Verify the accuracy of GL and closing WBS Elements Plant in the SAP system
• Analyze Budget Tracking Template Expenses and export Department Cost Expense to relevant departments for monitoring and controlling monthly budgets
• Prepare monthly Investment Repairs/Replace Asset & New Asset summary reports and export them to the responsible Plant
• Coordinate and prepare the Annual Expenses Budget and Quarterly Budget Rolling Expense to control expenses within budget
• Coordinate and prepare the Annual Investment Budget and Quarterly Rolling Investment reports
• Prepare data in the SAP system for the budget department

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years of experience in budgeting
• Good proficiency in MS Office
• Intermediate English proficiency
