About the role

As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients in our state-of-the-art retail environment. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly growing cannabis industry.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
• Provide detailed information about our product range, including strain types, effects, and usage recommendations
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail space
• Maintain stock and inventory levels and stock/inventory count
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

What we're looking for

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Candidates have full working rights for Thailand.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Keen interest and knowledge of the cannabis industry, including strains, effects, and industry regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Must have every good English levels, both written and verbal
