Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while offering guidance on our cannabis products. This role involves assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs, ensuring a positive and informative experience. Candidates must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display areas
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers
• Adhere to safety protocols and store policies at all times

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
• Strong cannabis knowledge and experience strongly suggested
• Valid driver’s license required for certain responsibilities or deliveries (if applicable)
• Neat appearance
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
