Solace Meds is looking for a motivated, customer focused individual to join our team as a Full Time Budtender / Customer Service Specialist.

Pay

Starting at $15.42 per hour + tips
Average earnings: $28–$30 per hour ($55,000–$60,000 annually)

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to every guest.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and make personalized recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance with all Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily operational tasks.
• Work as part of a team to create an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Current Colorado MED Occupational Badge is required.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment.
• Cannabis knowledge or dispensary experience is appreciated but not required. We are happy to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
