**Job Overview:**As a Budtender at Project Cannabis, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they walk in. Whether customers are knowledgeable about cannabis or seeking guidance, you'll provide personalized recommendations based on your expertise and understanding of our product range. Your ability to connect with customers, enhance their experience, and drive sales will make you an essential part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages a positive experience. Foster an environment where customers feel heard, valued, and confident in their product choices.
• Product Expertise & Recommendations: Utilize your knowledge of cannabis products to guide customers in selecting the best options for their needs. Stay informed about new products, strains, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
• Maximize Sales Opportunities: Promote current sales, seasonal offers, and premium products to boost revenue and exceed store sales targets. Assist customers in discovering products that enhance their experience, whether through cross-selling or upselling strategies.
• Order Fulfillment & Efficiency: Assist with order fulfillment, particularly during peak hours, ensuring fast and accurate service. Support the team to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, supporting each other to ensure the store operates efficiently. Step in to cover breaks and assist with tasks as necessary, promoting a team-oriented environment.
• Security & Compliance: Follow all security protocols to ensure products are securely stored and that restricted areas are respected. Maintain adherence to company policies and cannabis regulations.
• Store Presentation & Cleanliness: Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing by performing routine cleaning duties and maintaining product displays that showcase our high-quality offerings.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate product recommendations.
• Customer-Focused Attitude: A professional demeanor with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an eye for maintaining product presentation and store cleanliness.
• Adaptability & Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support team members.
• Previous Experience: While retail or customer service experience is preferred, it’s not required. A passion for cannabis and eagerness to learn is key.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic POS system knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry products as required.
• Security Protocols & Compliance: Understanding of and adherence to all store security protocols and company policies.
• Bilingual Candidates are a plus !

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
