What You'll Do

As a Budtender, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliance with California cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Build relationships with customers and recommend products based on their individual needs.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, brands, effects, and consumption methods.
• Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Verify customer identification and maintain compliance with all California cannabis regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Restock inventory, merchandise displays, and pricing throughout the day.
• Assist with inventory counts, product labeling, and organization.
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and featured brands.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Cannabis dispensary experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule

• Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
• 20–40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Holiday availability required

Preferred Experience

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cannabis Industry: 1 year (Preferred, but not required)
