**Salary:** $15.15 per hour starting, with potential raises up to $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Budtenders to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers with product selection, provide knowledgeable recommendations, handle transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. We're hiring for both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by educating customers on products, including our signature edibles.

• Process sales accurately using point-of-sale systems.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment.

• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and perform general retail tasks.

• Adhere to all state and company regulations for cannabis sales.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and retail preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with POS systems.

• Strong reading and math skills for handling transactions and inventory.

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform other physical retail duties.

• Must possess or obtain a Facility Agent License as required by the State of Arizona (preferred on your own time; company assistance available upon hiring).

• Professional appearance: All piercings and tattoos must be covered or removed; men must be clean-shaven with short hair; no unnatural hair colors for any employees. A YiLo polo uniform will be provided upon hiring, and employees must arrive presentable for every shift.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive starting pay of $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for raises up to $18.00 based on performance.

• Cash tips distributed every two weeks.

• Benefits package available for full-time employees, including health insurance and other perks.
