Core Responsibilities

• Provide intentional, educational consultations to adult-use consumers and medical patients, explaining cannabinoids, terpene profiles, and product formats.
• Navigate a high-volume sales floor and large inventory seamlessly using our Flowhub POS system and cash registers.
• Maintain strict adherence to New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) compliance guidelines and internal operating procedures.
• Assist with stock intake, restocks, inventory audits, and daily floor organization.
• Safely roll heavy product storage containers (up to 100 lbs on wheels) between storage rooms and the sales floor, and handle stock boxes up to 25 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space.

Shifts & Scheduling Requirements

We offer flexible scheduling across three main shift blocks. Candidates should be seeking 2 to 5 consistent shifts per week with availability across weekdays and weekends:

• Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Mid-Day Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:15 PM – 10:30 PM

Flexibility and willingness to pick up open floor coverage when needed is highly preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Commute Requirement: Must reside within a 25–30 minute commute of Mt. Laurel, NJ.
• Education & Age: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; must be 21+ years of age.
• Regulatory Compliance: Must pass a state-mandated background check and be eligible to obtain a NJ CRC Cannabis Employee Registration Badge.
• Experience: Prior dispensary or high-volume retail/hospitality experience required. Familiarity with Flowhub POS is a strong plus.
• Product Mastery: In-depth, thorough knowledge of New Jersey cannabis brands, product categories, cannabinoids, and terpene profiles.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours with minimal sitting; capability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs and push 100 lb rolling product vaults into secure storage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and comfort managing fast-paced customer flow.
