Full-Time / Part-Time Washington, DC

A licensed medical cannabis dispensary in Washington, DC, is looking for a mature, dependable, and experienced individual to join our team.

We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a professional attitude who can help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient dispensary.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer general questions.
• Verify customer identification and medical cannabis eligibility.
• Process sales accurately and handle cash and electronic payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.
• Follow all company policies and DC medical cannabis regulations.
• Support team members and help maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or management experience preferred.
• Mature, responsible, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) experience.
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available, including weekends.

Location: Washington, DC
