Duties

• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products based on their preferences and experience levels. Run social media posts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the effects, benefits, and proper usage of various cannabis products to enhance customer knowledge
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and managing the cash drawer accurately
• Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product merchandising aligns with company standards
• Assist with inventory management through stock counting, product labeling, and documenting product movements using retail math skills

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering with familiarity in POS systems and retail transactions
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment preferred
• Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations
• Ability to perform cashier duties including cash register operations, balancing cash drawers, and handling retail math accurately
• Experience conducting product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities
• Social media experience with instagram, tik tok, facebook.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
