We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing customers with an exceptional experience by guiding them through our product offerings and helping them make informed decisions. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers about various strains, consumption methods, and product effects.
• Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items and enhance customer knowledge.
• Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and suggesting complementary items.
• Maintain an organized and clean display area, ensuring all products are properly labeled and stocked.
• Adhere to all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance on customer service best practices.
