Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance based on their needs and preferences check out our reviews our customers love us!
• Educate customers about product effects, strains, consumption methods, and dosage guidelines through engaging product demos
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management
• Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure proper merchandising to maintain an attractive store environment
• Conduct inventory checks, manage stock levels, and assist with product ordering to ensure availability
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or reservations, maintaining professionalism at all times
• Assist with supervising team members when needed, providing guidance on customer service standards and store operations

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment involving cash register operations and merchandising
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration abilities
• Bilingual skills are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management
• Strong communication skills to educate customers clearly about products and answer questions confidently
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge related to cannabis or similar wellness products is advantageous
• Experience in conducting product demos or facilitating customer engagement activities enhances your candidacy
