Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products tailored to their needs
• Provide detailed product information, including effects, dosages, and consumption methods
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
• Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and recommending complementary items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, display cases, and storage areas
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies regarding product sales and documentation
• Manage inventory levels through proper filing, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts
• Handle heavy lifting when restocking shelves or moving supplies safely and efficiently
• Use computer skills to update records, process transactions, and generate reports as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or hospitality environments with strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Cova
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when restocking or organizing merchandise
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
• Strong organizational skills for filing, merchandising, and managing inventory records
• Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations
• Previous Budtending experience is required
• CannSell Certification required.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
