Lionheart Cannabis is a medium-sized business in Billings, MT. Our newest location is at 223 Erie Drive, Unit #6, Billings, 59101. We are Montana's oldest Cannabis company, with locations throughout Western Montana. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service in a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
• Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash
• Stay up-to-date on current cannabis laws and regulations
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
• Experience in sales, retail, or restaurant service
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred but not required
• Possess a Montana State Marijuana Workers Permit

Please note that this position requires compliance with all state and local laws regarding the sale of cannabis products. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass any required background checks or licensing processes.
