As a Budtender, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers navigate our premium selection of cannabis products while ensuring a seamless and compliant shopping experience. If you thrive in customer-facing roles and have a passion for the industry, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product recommendations based on their needs, preferences, and experience level, ensuring personalized and informed guidance.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations.
• Educate customers on product details, including strains, effects, consumption methods, and safe usage to promote responsible consumption.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves, displaying products attractively, and managing inventory levels to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems to management while upholding a positive and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor stock, track sales trends, and contribute to operational improvements for an efficient dispensary workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a cannabis dispensary or similar retail environment, with ample hands-on customer support expertise.
• Proactive energy and a problem-solving mindset to address challenges swiftly and effectively.
• Strong active management skills to multitask in a bustling setting like Times Square.
