We are seeking a reliable well versed Budtended to join our team in Burlington, ON. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their cannabis needs. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a trusted retailer in the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs
• Provide knowledgeable information about product offerings and usage
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space
• Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions
• Handle cash and manage cash register operations
• Uphold compliance with AGCO regulations and company policies
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Qualifications
• CanSell Certificate
• Cannabis retail experience would be preferred
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficient in operating POS systems and basic math skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
