Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs
• Educate clients on product effects, proper usage, and safety guidelines
• Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Upsell products to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
• Handle inventory management, including filing records and stock replenishment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Uphold compliance with legal regulations regarding sale and consumption of products
• Support team leadership in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computer operation skills
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are a plus
• Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or hospitality environments is preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell effectively
• Organizational skills for inventory management and merchandising setup
• Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary for stock movement or display setup
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
