We are actively hiring both full-time and part-time employees. We welcome applicants seeking consistent full-time schedules as well as those interested in part-time opportunities, including weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are particularly interested in candidates with availability for one or more of the following:

• Full-time schedules, including weekdays and weekends
• Part-time schedules with flexible availability
• Weekday daytime, evening, and closing shifts until 10:00 PM
• Saturday shifts
• Sunday shifts

Weekend availability is highly valued, and scheduling opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations based on preferences and experience levels
• Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, effects, and proper dosing to promote safe and responsible usage
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Treat all customers, coworkers, and management with respect, patience, courtesy, and professionalism at all times
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and respected
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and order processing
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
• Maintain well-organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked neatly and accurately
• Assist with inventory-related tasks, including restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting low inventory levels
• Recommend relevant products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette when assisting customers in-store, over the phone, or with pickup orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and management to support daily store operations and customer satisfaction
• Support both customer-facing and operational responsibilities, assisting in various areas of the store as business needs require
• Handle customer concerns and workplace interactions calmly, respectfully, and professionally

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Strong commitment to treating everyone with respect, regardless of background, experience, or position
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work cooperatively with others
• Comfortable engaging with customers and building relationships
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
• Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus and help serve a diverse customer base
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions preferred
• Ability to perform basic retail math accurately, including cash handling, discounts, totals, and inventory counts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and communicate respectfully with coworkers and management
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform stocking duties
• Availability for full-time or part-time schedules, with weekend availability strongly preferred
