Budtender Sales Representative

EXPERIENCED BUDTENDER – MARLEY & MAX

Marley & Max is looking for an experienced Budtender to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has genuine Cannabis industry and Budtending experience, strong product knowledge and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.

Location: Claremont and Bothasig

Key Requirements:

• Previous Budtending / Cannabis retail experience – essential
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains and effects
• Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Honest, trustworthy and reliable
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent time management and punctuality
• Reliable transport / Own Transport
• Confident, friendly and professional
• Great Attitude and Personality
• Strong team player who works well with others
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to assist with general store duties when required
• Available to work weekends and public holidays when required
