Budtender/Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our clients regarding cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions, while your passion for the industry will enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding cannabis products.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on various strains, consumption methods, and effects.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their individual requirements.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, including cash register operations and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS systems or cash registers is advantageous.
• A genuine interest in cannabis products and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Must be of legal age to work in the cannabis industry as per state regulations.
