General Description Carve the entre on the Buffet Line and maintain the line in times of operation, keeping the area full and clean in appearance.

Duties And Responsibilities and#149; Greet the customer in a friendly manner.

and#149; Tell the customer to enjoy their meal.

and#149; Maintain the Buffet Line, keeping the area full and clean in appearance.

and#149; Assist the Cooks in prepping for service time.

and#149; Other duties as may be assigned.

Relationship To Other Departments Reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and Shift Supervisor.

Qualifications and#149; High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
