We are one of the most unique professional sports experiences in the country. Up to 225 guests can enjoy an all-inclusive food buffet and bar service, including beer, wine, soft drinks, and water at one of our 11 multi-level club spaces. Each venue offers a unique vantage point of the field as well as rooftop seating to comfortably enjoy the game. This is a seasonal position based specifically around Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of workstation and guest areas.
• Temp food and record multiple times per shift
• Stocking food service areas and coolers in accordance with Levy standards.
• Carries pans and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to the supervisor.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Climb up and down up to 7 flights of stairs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Engage with guests in a personable and friendly manner.
• Work as part of a team.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certificates.
• Clean and presentable appearance.
