Buffing Operator

• Operate buffing, polishing, and finishing machines according to work instructions.
• Inspect parts before and after buffing to ensure required surface finish and quality standards.
• Select appropriate buffing wheels, compounds, and polishing materials.
• Remove scratches, burrs, oxidation, and surface imperfections from products.
• Perform routine machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Measure and verify finished products using inspection tools and gauges.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain production records and quality documentation.
• Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S standards.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
