Buggy Driver Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Buggy Driver Supervisor to oversee and manage daily buggy transportation operations. The successful candidate will supervise buggy drivers, ensure smooth and safe passenger transportation, monitor service standards, and coordinate daily operations with the management and site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of buggy drivers.
• Prepare and monitor driver duty schedules, shifts, and deployment.
• Ensure all buggy drivers report on time and are properly assigned to their designated locations.
• Monitor drivers' performance, attendance, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure safe driving practices and compliance with site safety procedures.
• Conduct regular checks of buggy vehicles to ensure they are clean, safe, and operational.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding vehicle defects, breakdowns, and required repairs.
• Handle passenger concerns and operational issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, site management, and internal departments regarding daily transportation requirements.
• Monitor buggy routes and ensure drivers follow approved routes and operational procedures.
• Train and guide new buggy drivers on company procedures, customer service, safety, and site requirements.
• Prepare daily operational reports, attendance records, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Report accidents, complaints, vehicle issues, and disciplinary matters to management.
• Ensure adequate driver coverage during peak hours, events, and special operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

• 1 year + of experience as a Buggy Driver Supervisor, Transport Supervisor, Fleet Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Previous experience supervising a team of drivers is required.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Candidates with experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, malls, parking, or transportation operations are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,700.00 per month
