Build Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

The Build Technician is responsible for assembling engines according to Rev6 specifications and established build procedures. This role ensures each engine is assembled accurately, functions and rotates as designed, and is clean and ready for final processing and shipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble engines according to Rev6 specifications, work instructions, and established build procedures
• Install and verify engine components using the correct parts, tools, torque specifications, and assembly sequence
• Rotate and function-check each engine to confirm it moves freely and operates as designed
• Inspect completed assemblies for proper fitment, alignment, and workmanship
• Visually verify each engine is clean, complete, and ready for final processing and shipment
• Document completed work, inspections, measurements, and photos as required
• Communicate missing, damaged, or out-of-specification components
• Maintain tools and keep the build area clean, organized, and safe

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior engine assembly, powersports, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed assembly procedures
• Ability to use hand tools, torque wrenches, measuring tools, and other engine assembly equipment
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Asana or similar project management tools a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, quality-focused, and able to work well as part of a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout a shift
• Comfortable working in a shop/warehouse environment
• Comfortable using hand tools and assembling engine components for extended periods

SCHEDULE

Full-time and on-site. Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Mountain Time.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
