Builder- Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a Builder- Finance to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate with around 1 year of experience who is keen to build a career in business finance, treasury, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day treasury and cash management activities.
• Assist in tracking daily cash flows, bank balances, and fund requirements.
• Prepare and maintain MIS, financial reports, and business dashboards.
• Support bank reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items.
• Assist with payments, collections, and fund transfers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks for finance-related activities.
• Support working capital and liquidity management.
• Assist in preparing business finance analysis and reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of finance activities.
• Support the team in month-end reporting and financial planning.

What Were Looking For

• B.Com / B.Com (Hons.) graduate.
• 01 year of experience in Business Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or Financial Operations.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Good to Have

• Exposure to cash flow management, treasury, banking, or FP&A.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
• Familiarity with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and basic data analysis.
