Builder / multi trade

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Builder / Multi Trade professional to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work as needed on various projects
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out repairs, installations, and build-outs
• Fabricate custom components and modify structures to meet project specifications
• Assist in site preparation, including setting up scaffolding and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure workmanship meets standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding or electrical work
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks
• Demonstrated ability to fabricate or modify materials as required for different projects
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and protocols
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans confidently
• Experience working on residential or commercial building sites preferred but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling on-site challenges

Pay: £29,120.00-£40,000.00 per year
