Builder - SEO Analyst

About the role

We're looking for an SEO Analyst who has strong technical SEO skills and a good feel for content. You'll help grow organic visibility on traditional search engines and on AI-driven search, such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.

What you'll do

• Run technical SEO audits and fix issues in crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data and internal linking.

• Work with product and engineering teams to ship SEO fixes on large, template-driven websites..

• Find content gaps and turn keyword research into clear briefs for writers.

• Build and run GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand visibility and citations in AI-generated answers.

• Track performance, report on organic traffic, rankings and conversions, and turn the data into next steps.

• Keep up with algorithm updates and changes in AI search, and adjust strategy as needed.

What we're looking for

• 4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with strong technical SEO skills..

• Good understanding of content strategy, search intent, E-E-A-T and on-page optimization..

• Working knowledge of GEO or AEO, and of how LLMs find, interpret and cite content..

• Skilled with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and PageSpeed Insights..

• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript rendering and schema markup.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with other teams.

• Experience in the insurance and/or ecommerce sector.

• Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale page templates.
