Building Admin Associate

About the role

This role involves managing contracts, business permits, and related documentation, while handling financial processes and operational support within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle contract negotiations, including new contracts, renewals, terminations, and contract exceptions
• Manage and organize contracts, business permits, and other related documents
• Collect and monitor Official Receipts (OR) and Acknowledgment Receipts (AR)
• Process payment applications, tax payments, and rental statements
• Handle deposit collections and assist with bad debt disposal processes
• Prepare and submit work progress reports to the immediate supervisor
• Provide guidance and basic operational support to new team members

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Amenable to work onsite, Monday to Saturday
• Willing to work in Upper McKinley, BGC, Taguig
