Building Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, supervising, and monitoring building projects and maintenance works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with structural, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide technical guidance on civil engineering aspects of building operations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and recommend improvements for building systems.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer (PRC license required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, building maintenance, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
• With experience in document control is a plus
