The

Building

Attendant,

This

position

works

independently

under

the

general

supervision

of

the

Building

Maintenance

Supervisor,

Performs

mostly

janitorial

tasks

to

clean

and

care

for

City facilities, Performs some light building maintenance / repairs as required,

Must

possess

general

knowledge

of

methods,

materials

and

tools

used

in

cleaning

practices

/

procedures

and

light

building

maintenance,

Must

possess

a

valid

Missouri

Drivers

License

and

be

able

to

work

evenings

and

occasional

weekends, High school diploma or e

Quivalent Required And Two Years Experience in custodial and/or building maintenance preferred,

Building Attendant starting salary $47,271,00 per year,
