Building Caretaker

Responsibilities:

• General duties of Building Attendant/Security Guard; Patrolling; Visitor registration; Handling complaints and enquiries from guests and tenants; Vehicle registration

Requirements:

• Secondary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit

Employment Terms:

• With Incentive Bonus, Medical Benefits, On-the-job Training and Promotion Opportunity, 7:00AM-7:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day
