Join our team as the Concierge of a 12-story commercial co-op building located in the Chelsea area of Manhattan, where you will be the welcoming face and efficient organizer of our building’s front desk operations. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with administrative expertise to ensure a smooth, secure, and friendly environment for tenants, visitors, and staff alike. This paid position offers 32BJ Union benefits and an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills. You MUST have FDNY S-12, FDNY S-13, and an FDNY FLSD license to be a deputy FLSD . Those not holding the aforementioned licenses need not apply.
Qualifications and Requirements
- FLSD License (Fire Life Safety Director - F89) (Required)
- S-12 License (Sprinkler License) (Required)
- S-13 License (Standpipe License). (Required)
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
