The Opportunity

Intermediate building surveyor recently RICS chartered

Deliver high-quality commercial advise from a consultancy perspective to a diverse range of institutional investors, landlords and corporate occupiers across all asset classes.

Experienced and able to assist with technical due diligence, make good & dilapidations, CAPEX planning, project monitoring and schedules of condition.

Build long-term client relationships while working alongside an experienced national consultancy team.

As the successful candidate you will be:
Degree qualified (building surveying) with likely 2-5 years commercial consultancy experience

Recently MRICS chartered or actively pursuing the RICS APC with the intent to sit the final assessment within the next 6–12 months.

Strong understanding of the NZ Building Act and Building Code, Proficiency in defect diagnosis, commercial building pathology and general construction types

A desire to work with the country’s largest projects and clients.
