Location: Sohar, OMAN Work Status: Resident (5 days per week) Start Date: September 2026 Service Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Job Overview / Summary
- The Building Delivery Manager is the Client focal point responsible for safe, timely and quality delivery of assigned project buildings and associated facilities, from engineering and procurement through construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning support, and handover.
- The role provides delivery assurance, supervision, and close follow-up of contractors, coordinates multidisciplinary interfaces, identifies blockers early, and drives clear corrective actions with owners and due dates to protect schedule, HSE, quality, and handover readiness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in building, infrastructure, industrial facilities, or EPC project delivery
- Preferably in oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects
- Industry-Specific Experience: Oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects
- Bachelors Degree
