Building Draftsman / Architecture Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop shop drawings for fabrication.
• Prepare structural drawings / architectural drawings, Ensure on-time completion of required drawings
• Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.
• Participate in project meetings as required.
• CAD / Sketchup experience.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent CAD/BIM.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field.
• Positive attitude & a good team player.
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision required.
