Building Electrical Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and review electrical systems for WtE buildings, including:

  • Power distribution
  • Lighting systems
  • Grounding and lightning protection
  • Fire alarm and emergency systems

• Coordinate with mechanical and civil teams during design and construction phases

• Prepare electrical drawings, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications

• The successful applicant can also expect to learn and perform engineering design works related to building mechanical systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS in Electrical Eng’g; PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of electrical systems in buildings:

  • Lighting and power systems
  • Electrical Load Calculations
  • Equipment layout and coordination

• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans

• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Experience in any 3D tools is an advantage.

• Willing to be assigned in project sites or in the design office in Japan, depending on project requirements.

• Willing to be trained in both design and site inspection roles.

• Must study hard and learn Japanese language to have better communication with Japanese staff.
