What they need
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall maintenance and upkeep of a three-storey commercial building, including infrastructure, electrical wiring, plumbing, internet connectivity, and other building systems.
- Attend to basic repair and maintenance concerns of building tenants.
- Supervise and monitor construction, repair, and maintenance works performed by third-party contractors.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Engineer (Civil or Electrical)
General Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate well in English and Filipino
- Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Can manage multiple and simultaneous property requirements
