Building Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Handle the submissions from subcontractors/suppliers
• Responsible for coordination of subcontractors/suppliers
• Coordinate the site inspections and testings
• Monitor the site progress
• Prepare progress report, submission schedule and construction drawing record/summary
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors/suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Construction Management/Building Engineering/Building Studies or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills, e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD
