Building Engineer

The Building Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of all building systems, equipment, facilities, and utilities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted building operations.

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, Licensed preferred

▪ Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in property management, commercial buildings, residential developments, mixed-up projects, facilities management

▪ With technical competencies in building maintenance systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC operations, plumbing and water systems, fire protection systems, elevator and escalator systems, preventive maintenance programs, facilities management, energy management, contractor supervision

▪ Proven skills in technical troubleshooting, project coordination, reporting and documentation, vendor management, customer service orientation, problem solving Preferred Industry Background
