Building Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and monitoring of all assessments of facility operations and efficiency.
• Oversee building facilities and engineering systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate repairs, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor utility consumption and equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and technical records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
• Implement measures to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building operations.
• Minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions..

Requirements and qualifications:

• Registered Electrical Engineer
• Experience in building or facilities maintenance, preferably involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, occupational safety, and fire-safety requirements.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise contractors and maintenance staff.
• Good documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance/facilities-management software.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays, or on-call, depending on the facility..

• WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN STA. ANA, CAGAYAN VALLEY (STAY IN)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tuguegarao City, Cagayan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Building Engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
