Location: Pleasanton, CA

Job Type: 4+ Months Contract

Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am -3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Team & Vendor Supervision: Lead 1–2 in-house technicians and oversee trade contractors for maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts (up to $100K).
• Hands-On Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and life safety systems.
• Emergency Response: Handle urgent repairs and respond to off-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Projects & Compliance: Assist with Statements of Work (SOW), vendor quotes, cost estimates, and daily fire/safety inspections.
• Systems & Reporting: Track maintenance KPIs, work orders, and equipment history using Corrigo / CMMS.

Key Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma/GED plus Trade School Diploma/Journeyman certification (Plumbing, Electrical, or Construction) OR 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Building Engineer/Lead Tech in commercial, industrial, hospital, or corporate facilities. Prior supervisory experience required.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read MEP blueprints, riser diagrams, and schematics. Proficient with CMMS (Corrigo) and MS Office.
• Physical & License: Valid driver’s license. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work flexible shifts/on-call duty.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $33.00 - $55.00 per hour
