Building Engineer (Hotel)

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Oversees daily operations of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Preventive Inspections: Conducts routine checks and repairs to prevent equipment failures and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Energy Management: Implements sustainability practices and monitors utility consumption to optimize energy and water conservation.
• Tenant & Facility Support: Responds to maintenance requests, manages technical staff, and handles emergencies.

Qualifications:

• With five (5) years of experience as a Building Engineer;
• Preferrable with Hotel Background;
• Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineer; Board passer is a plus
• Amenable to be assigned in San Miguel, Manila
• Willing to conduct site visits on different location (NCR, Luzon, South)
