Educational & Professional Requirements

Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

Technical & Industry Experience

Candidates Should Have Solid Hands-on Experience In The Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Management Of Building Facilities And MEPF Systems, Particularly

Chillers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, Generator Sets (GenSets), Boilers, Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems

Exposure To The Following Property Types Is Highly Preferred Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Corporate Tower, Other Commercial Properties

Employment Arrangement

• 2-year fixed-term employment, with potential for regularization based on performance and business requirements
• Reports directly to the Operations Lead under the Commercial Properties Group

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with strong experience in commercial building operations and maintenance, particularly in the management of HVAC
