Building Equipment Engineer

Design studies related to building equipment (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection). Prepare execution files for implementation and resolve errors encountered during verification. Address any reservations to obtain approval of studies from the relevant organizations (such as Civil Protection). Attend coordination meetings with the Project Owner and external organizations. Communicate and coordinate internally and externally with the various specialties (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Steelwork, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Fluid Engineering, technical trades).

Desired Candidate Profile

• General training: Engineer or Master's degree in technical equipment for housing or equivalent.
• Professional Training: Additional training in the field.
• Mastery of specialized software, primarily CYPE.
• My mastery of MS-Office tools.
• Living in the Algiers region.
