Building Estates Surveyor
Current role available for a Building Estates Surveyor working for a housing provider in South Birmingham.
The role is available on a contract basis for two months and may be extended.
The duties will include,
- Checking technical drawings
- Ensuring works are carried out to required design and building regs
- Post inspections of works
- Ensuring relevant H&S
Ideally you will have experience of management of contractors, building regs and planning regs, knowledge of H&S and ability to read technical drawings.
